ESI Forensic Network set out with the goal to make powerful eDiscovery and litigation tools accessible to small and medium sized law firms. We have a unique collection of experience in business, litigation support and digital forensic investigation. We realized that the tools which were once reserved for the biggest and most complex cases are increasingly necessary in typical legal practice. In a world where reliance on mobile devices and cloud services is growing, the collection and review of digital information is increasingly difficult. Collection of a single mobile phone or email server can turn up thousands of records for review, even after rudimentary filtering by something like a date-range. Modern paradigms for digital security complicate things further. Yet legal standards remain the same. Collection, doc review and production must meet rigorous legal standards. Larger firms sometimes abuse these facts -- to bury the other side in digital 'paperwork', or obfuscate information. Dana Kislig, Esq.
Dana’s diverse experience includes complex litigation in state and federal court as well as private arbitration. In addition, his work includes litigating complex matters in several states outside California. Dana’s accomplishments comprise of awards and settlements in excess of a million dollars.
Prior to operating his own practice, Dana was an associate at Wellman & Warren LLP, a well-respected boutique business law firm in Laguna Hills, California.
While working full time, Dana earned his Juris Doctor at Whittier Law School graduating with honors. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and Business Administration with honors from California State University, Fullerton.
Larry Michaels, EA
Founder & President of The Accounting & Legal Network, Inc.
After growing up in Southern California, Mr. Michaels attended Arizona State University, Tempe, where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business.
Mr. Michaels specializes in corporate taxation and forensic accounting. He also earned his paralegal certificate with Boston University in Boston Mass. He works alongside several law firms in Orange County which specialize in forensic discovery, taxation and litigation.
Mr. Michaels began his career over 34 years ago in the business and finance sector. Larry is currently licensed as a EA, CEA and OSJ. Mr. Michaels holds titles such as Founder, President, Vice President, CEO, CFO, COO and Director of several for profit companies as well as non-profit organizations. Mr. Michaels has initiated start-ups as well as the merger and acquisition of over 24 businesses in his tenure as a business mogul.
Wayne Horner
Founder and CEO of Alandata Data Recovery.

Wayne has pioneered and specialized in forensic data recovery for over 35 years. He is a certified Digital Forensics Examiner with a broad range of experience in data recovery, device repair and forensic investigation. Wayne has performed advanced data recovery services for corporate giants as well as state and federal governments, including entities such as IBM Computers and the US Navy -- sometimes on an emergency basis.
